This year, ACDC’s well known foundation courses have been complemented by a suite of professional development options to ensure that all staff can benefit at each stage of their careers.

• Mediation Training and Accreditation: a five day intensive course in which to learn and practise the skills of mediation. For experienced mediators, ACDC offers Advanced Mediation training as well as a range of professional development courses to maintain accreditation such as ‘Exploration of Matters’, ‘Pre Mediation’ and ‘Polishing the Private Session’.
