IT2003

Plans are now underway for the sixth Local Government Information Technology Conference – IT 2003. The Conference, which is being organised by Coffs Harbour City Council, will be held from 19–21 November 2003, at Novotel Opal Cove Resort in beautiful Coffs Harbour.

Expressions of interest and Call for Papers will soon be sought from Councils, corporations, State and Federal Government agencies, and industry professionals to participate in this important event as delegates, speakers, workshop facilitators, trade exhibitors or sponsors.

The conference organisers are particularly interested in hearing from Local Government managers and IT professionals who would be interested in presenting case studies of their Council’s experiences in implementing new and innovative IT solutions.

Coffs Harbour City Council has hosted the successful IT97, IT98, IT99, IT2001 and IT2002 Conferences. IT2003 will build on the success of the previous conferences. A quality program, a great location and a competitive cost will ensure the delegates and sponsors will receive value for money in what will be one of the highlights on the Local Government calendar for 2003.

To register your interest for the Conference, and to continue receiving updates and conference materials and program, fill out an online EOI form at www.chcc.nsw.gov.au/it2003.htm
