Councillor Mark O’Brien was elected Mayor of Moreland in December 2006. First elected to Council in November 2004, Mark is committed to working with Council to provide appropriate aged care and reduce waiting times for home care.
National concerns include “citizenship and David Hicks – both abandoned; where is the justice?” and “windfall taxes to Federal and State Governments are not flowing through to Local Government, while our infrastructure falls apart.”
