LOGOV Expo 2006

10-11 October

LOGOV Expo, Queensland’s premier exhibition of construction plant, materials, equipment and services to Local Government, will be staged at Meakin Park in Logan City. With free parking and free admission, over 5,000 visitors and buyers from Federal, State and Local Government bodies, contractors, consultants and the general public are expected to visit LOGOV Expo 2006. Some 300 outdoor sites and 28 pavilion booths will be provided for an expected 220 exhibitors.

Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia Queensland (IPWEAQ) conference delegates and accompanying persons attending this year’s State Conference will visit in specially chartered buses. Council staff from as far away as Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton are expected to visit utilising subsidised plane fares, and shuttle buses from Brisbane Airport.

Guest speaker for the exhibitors’ welcome drinks function this year will be Olympian, Duncan Armstrong.

An added attraction on the field this year will be a display by Dick Johnson Racing.

A free catalogue available at the main entrance through the trade pavilion will help you plan your day at LOGOV.

LOGOV is held in a prime location at Meakin Park, Logan City, ideally situated between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Facilities are laid on with power and water available to all sites.

Already LOGOV organisers have received an unprecedented interest from exhibitors. The indoor pavilion has only a handful of booths currently available and 80 per cent of the outdoor sites have already been sold.
