Corporate reporting for Local Government

AXS-One has just announced the release of AXS OneView, a Corporate Reporting tool designed specifically for Local Governments.

“With State and Federal Governments pushing for more accountability, and Councils endeavouring to improve customer service, the need for a powerful Corporate Reporting tool that streamlines delivery of information has become vital,” said Ossie Pisanu, Vice President, Asia Pacific, AXS-One.

“AXS-OneView meets this need by providing a single interface for a Council to access the data necessary for decision making and business performance process improvement, all in a secure, easy to use, self service environment.

“Up until now there has been no easy way to bring together information from the different systems that a Council runs, such as Financials, HR, Payroll, Regulatory system, Property system and so forth, since they often reside on different platforms, are from different vendors and even in different locations.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer a solution that addresses the requirements of Local Government.”

Some of the information available to managers includes the following.

  • Actuals versus Budget
  • Forecasting
  • Commitment Analysis
  • Customer Care Information
  • Cash Flow Analysis
  • Service Request Statistics
  • Key Performance Indicators
