Conquest Solutions deliver universal asset management for Local Government *

In an increasing litigious society, managing the many risks to which Councils are exposed is becoming an ever demanding task. The provision of community infrastructure is one of the main functions of Local Government, yet if this infrastructure is not properly maintained, Authorities are exposed to significant public liability.Conquest Solutions has developed Conquest II to assist Councils to manage the risks associated with managing infrastructure assets.

Conquest II is an easy to use yet comprehensive Asset Management System that can be configured to support any class of asset and any business process. It is widely used throughout Australia and New Zealand. Through its unique knowledge base Conquest II is designed to provide a one stop shop for information about assets and any work associated with them.

Conquest’s flexible asset register supports both the operational and financial aspects of Asset Management. Its unique ‘Prioritiser’ allows for quick ‘what-if’ analysis to rank assets and/or work in order of importance based on risk, consequence of failure, economic benefit or any other user definable parameter.

The asset register has been designed to be fully compliant with accounting standards enabling its use as a financial fixed asset register.

Conquest also provides comprehensive work management functionality. Work programs can be prepared using a cyclical approach or based on the usage of an asset. The inbuilt customer requesting system allows reactive maintenance to be managed alongside planned maintenance and capital works. Work created in Conquest can be scheduled using Microsoft Project.

The system is tightly integrated with Microsoft Office allowing users to move data easily between applications, while an optional embedded mapping module allows seamless integration with GIS.
