At the Annual General Meeting of the ALGA, which followed the General Assembly, Councillor John Ross, representing the Local Government Association of South Australia, was elected for a third term as President.
Joining him on the Executive is Mayor Lynn Mason from the Local Government Association of Tasmania who was elected Senior Vice President.
Councillor Peter Watts representing the Municipal Association of Victoria was re-elected as Junior Vice President.
