Okay get on your bike!

Perhaps you’d like a more energetic environmental experience? Albury’s leisure pathways, walking and bike trails will introduce to you the finest heritage, wildflowers and native flora.

The trails offer glimpses of a range of rare birdlife and fauna. Out in the wetlands a pink-eared duck and the regent honeyeater share a haven. You may hear the bell like whistle of a turquoise parrot or the strange ‘wook-wook’ call of the medium sized hawk owl, or ‘Barking Owl’ as it is known.

The popular Heritage Trail which you may ride or walk provides a range of insights into Albury’s social, economic and political past. The Trail, which takes approximately 90 minutes to walk and ride or drive around, can give you a little of everything that Albury has to offer. It’s guaranteed to draw you back for more time and time again.
