Stage One of VicUrban’s Metro Village 3175 residential project is now underway with building commencing on site this month. The estate will showcase a mix of housing including detached single and double storey homes, town homes, and apartment style housing.
Over 400 people attended the opening of the project in November last year, with 50 reservation deposits secured on the night. This was the best response VicUrban has ever had to a brand new development.
The release of Stage One was a clear indicator to both VicUrban and Greater Dandenong Council that the future of Dandenong is indeed very positive, and people are jumping at the opportunity to invest in this development and Dandenong’s future.
Metro Village 3175 is considered a critical component of the revitalising Central Dandenong project. It will deliver to the city around 1,100 new dwellings and is expected to accommodate up to 3,000 new residents to the city. Residents will also enjoy great access to transport services and facilities including direct access to EastLink. The first new residents are expected to move in later this year.
