High performance characteristics descended from Subaru DNA*

It is now over 40 years since Subaru industrial engines pumps and generators were first imported from Japan into Australia. During this time, they have come to be recognised as foremost with most of Australia’s large hire companies as their performance and reliability stands alone amongst competitors.

Subaru engines are manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries, Japan, who also produce Subaru powered products, automobiles, aeroplane parts, snowmobiles and jet skis, plus the award winning rally cars. Subaru is one of the four largest engine manufacturers in the world, currently producing over 1,200,000 engines annually. All engines are test run at the FHI factory in Japan, and feature a two year warranty.

The range has increased with the years and with the birth of the latest EX ‘Extreme’ engine range, via technology derived from Subaru car engines, Subaru has earned their place in the top end of the market. The success of the EX engine has led Subaru to now incorporate this technology into powering their latest range of pumps and generators, meeting the ever changing demand of the market with their new inverter generators which will successfully power precision equipment such as computers and printers.

All engine models are based on advanced technology with heavy duty features including aluminium alloy blocks with cast iron cylinder liner, electronic ignition with automatic timing adjustment, dual ball bearing supported crankshaft, automatic decompression system, and splash type lubrication.

All Subaru products feature a full industry quality two year warranty. Spare parts are available from Perth, with a 24 hour turnaround availability. Service centres are statewide.
