Innovative pipe rehabilitation and repair system

The concept is simple — the rehabilitation of degraded underground and internal pipes without needing to dig them up.

Nuflow can repair any type of pipe, utilising the latest technologies in potable-approved epoxy resins, in residential, commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings

Church Street, Brisbane
A sewer under a major arterial route on Brisbane’s Church Street was collapsing, causing delays to motorists. The client, Urban Utilities, engaged Nuflow to repair the sewer, utilising our Blueline technology.
Nuflow relined 15m of a 300mm reinforced concrete sewer line, repairing two large holes over one evening, and successfully rehabilitated the sewer.
The only alternative to Nuflow’s Blueline technology would have been to excavate the area and replace the damaged sections of pipe. This would have involved closing the road for a long period of time, causing major disruption and significant traffic problems for motorists and surrounding businesses.

Cairns Commercial Units
A break in the external water supply to Cairns Commercial Units had resulted in pipe contamination with petroleum. Nuflow was engaged by Cerno Ltd to undertake the repairs.

Utilising our Redline technology, Nuflow lined the external 32mm polyethylene water supply pipe and the 15mm and 20mm copper internal pipe system. The pipes were rehabilitated to their original state without any damage to surfaces, walls or displacement of tenants.

The only alternative to Nuflow’s Redline technology was to excavate and replace the pipe system, involving digging up the concrete car park area at the front of the building, which would have caused significant traffic problems.
