NCS Chameleon acquires infoXpert*

NCS Chameleon Limited, a software and services business focused primarily on the Public Sector is pleased to announce it has acquired infoXpert Pty Ltd.  Following the acquisition infoXpert will merge with NCS Chameleon, further strengthening NCS Chameleon’s position as a significant software and services group across the ANZ market. The merger will be effective from the 9 March 2015.

infoXpert specialises in the development and support of a fully web based and cloud deliverable electronic document and records management software. The business has more than 85 customers across the local government, utilities and corporate sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

NCS Chameleon has a successful 30-year history across the ANZ region supplying the MAGIQ Enterprise finance and business management systems and MAGIQ Performance reporting, budgeting and strategic planning software.  The business has more than 340 customers from state and federal government, local government, utilities, health and community services, education and not–for–profit sectors.

The acquisition of infoXpert further strengthens the market presence of NCS Chameleon within the ANZ local government sector and adds considerable new product capabilities and skills to the business.

The merger is completely synergistic and all staff will be retained as the combined business focuses on continued growth.
