MacDonald Johnston purchases Hook Lift and Skip Bin business*

MacDonald Johnston is pleased to announce the purchase of the HaulMaster brand of Hook Lift and Skip Bin products from Lyco Innovations Pty Ltd.

As of June 2009, these products are now being manufactured and branded as MacDonald Johnston.

Incorporating the well designed HaulMaster Hook Lift and Skip Bin products into the manufacturing expertise of MacDonald Johnston will bring new recognition to this long established product range.

MacDonald Johnston had already been responsible for the sales and distribution of the HaulMaster brand under a trading agreement with Lyco Innovations Pty Ltd.

Adding the engineering and manufacturing expertise of MacDonald Johnston to this product will provide many opportunities to strengthen an already rapidly growing market presence.

“And that’s just a few of the many positives to result from this purchase,” company Managing Director David Waldron said.

MacDonald Johnston has been providing locally produced, high quality products to the waste industry for well over 55 years and plans to continue to expand in this rapidly changing market.

The addition of the Hook Lift and Skip Bin business completes the company’s product portfolio and complements its extensive range of refuse machines.
