Integ provides alternative to traditional telephony and communications*

Integ’s Telephony as a Service (iTaaS) is an on demand IP telephony solution, designed specifically for multi site organisations. The service offers Local Government an alternative to traditional premise based telephony, providing certainty, security and the most up to date communication features.

Hosted in a secure data centre and delivered as a service, iTaaS allows Councils to pay on a monthly basis.

By taking the investment off your balance sheet, it can eliminate barriers to deployment, such as capital investment and a lack of internal skills and resources.

iTaaS can provide your Council with:

  • choice and flexibility in the features and functionality your Council needs
  • cost control, with a monthly fee based on the number of users, features and applications used
  • a solution that never grows old, with access to the latest telephony features as they are generally available.

IP handsets are located at Council’s premises and run over the Local Area Network (LAN).

Integ knows Local Government need flexibility, so it has been built in. Councils can choose to have Integ fully manage the service, manage it themselves, or even partially manage it through an online portal.

That makes iTaaS more flexible than most solutions you will find.

Choosing your iTaaS solution is straightforward. First, choose a User Pack for each of your users. User Packs have features specifically for different work profiles.

Then, add extra features and functionality by choosing one or more Application Packs, for example, Unified Communications, Contact Centre Agent and Supervisor and Voicemail.

Finally, choose the handset type that is best suited for your users.

For further information contact Integ on 1300 766 620.
