A sudden hailstorm has caused significant damage to the Grafton Library, with multiple holes reported in the building’s roof.
The extent of the damage is still being assessed, and at this stage it is not known when the library will be able to reopen.
The Clarence Valley Council team is working closely with its insurance provider to address the repairs as quickly as possible.
