Leading people to the highest levels of commitment *

Finally, a Leadership Workshop for you and the people you lead! Create One has partnered with Maximum Impact Inc of Atlanta Georgia to bring Developing the Leader Within You™, an internationally recognised two day intense multimedia workshop to Australia.

Based on the work by Dr John C Maxwell, America’s leadership expert and best selling author, this model is called the Five Levels of Leadership™.

Create One facilitators translate the complex topic of leadership into simple everyday language that can be applied and practised in any organisation. This is a very specific model for leading people that results in the highest levels of commitment. While most training focuses on job knowledge and management skills, the Developing the Leader Within You™ workshop teaches you and your associates how to implement the behaviours of successful leadership.

“We focus on not just learning leadership but understanding how it applies to your unique situation in your organisation,” said David Burgess, Director of Create One Pty Ltd.

“This allows you to instantly transfer leadership principles back into the real world where they can make an immediate impact. Once people have attended a workshop, the normal response is, ‘I wish my boss and my team experienced this learning’.The greatest encouragement is when senior leadership of an organisation come and understand these principles and are able to role model it, so that when people come back they can see a picture of what it looks like within their own four walls.”
