CPS – innovating voice and data technology

CPS Technology Group offer integrated communications and mobile business solutions to medium to large business and government. Specialising in voice and data technology and systems integration, they have 65 per cent of the corporate messaging market and support more than 2000 organisations in Australia.

They provide solutions that improve the contact ability and communications of staff both to internal and external customers.

Many government departments and local Councils have unique communications needs and CPS Technology Group provides solutions which enhance communication and productivity throughout their organisations. CPS works with a number of local Councils with the focus on improved customer service and streamlining the business process in their voice and data environment.

Solutions have included handling voicemail requirements (leave a message), IVR (interactive voice response – options available to caller) and unified messaging (all fax, email, voicemail comes into each individual person’s email inbox).

CPS implemented the call centre solution for Adelaide City Council which enables staff to measure their performance effectively and thereby allocate resources efficiently. With this new environment, Council now has a total focus on customer care and, as a result, recently won a customer service award.

For many organisations it is time to update the tools for their call centre operations and put in place a foundation for 21st century growth by implementing an open system platform already VoIP enabled and scalable for future growth.
