PSU and WTS join forces for a superior parking enforcement solution*

PSU International is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with an international company, Wilson Technology Solutions (WTS), for the distribution of PSU International’s EnforceIT Mobility, Processing, and Permit systems in the Australasian region. This seamless and transparent, end to end solution handles all facets of infringement processing from electronic ticket infringement issuance using mobile technologies, through to complete back office administrative processing, all in accordance with statutory regulations. The inclusion of a comprehensive appeals and automated permit systems ensures EnforceIT is the most effective solution on the market today.

The goal of PSU International is to be the partner of choice for Local Government delivering best practice business and organisational applications built on best in class software and solutions.

Wilson Technology Solutions specialises in supplying cutting edge access control equipment and security products from leading Australian and European manufacturers for the parking, security and property management industries. Its products and solutions are used by Local Governments in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland, as well as university carparks, for hospitals and at airports.

PSU International’s EnforceIT Mobility, Processing, and Permit systems is a locally developed solution, and its partnering with Wilson Technology Solutions will deliver a number of benefits including:

  • an international company with offices in all major cities in Australasia, hence a local point of contact
  • an organisation focused on customer service to the client’s business.
  • it will allow PSU to concentrate their efforts on new development and enhancements to the systems
  • access to a 24 hour control room for fault reporting
  • web based logging and tracking system for fault reporting. Customers will have access to their account so they can see progress of work
  • WTS’s in depth knowledge of the market ensuring ongoing development of the products to meet customer requirements going into the future.

WTS will be the first point of contact for customers on all issues, while PSU staff will devote their time to their core activity of programming, hence faults will be resolved in a speedier manner.

WTS will monitor the progress of all reported issues to ensure that all timelines are kept to and report back to customers on reasons for any delay.
