With the many changes taking shape across the city, Council decided to reflect them all by rebranding the logo. It’s fresh, vibrant, reflective and encompasses vision. With the former logo decidedly outdated, a lengthy design process created a bright that better reflects this growing and dynamic city.
Greater Dandenong is seen to be transforming into a city of the future. The new logo is reflective of the redevelopment of the city with many changes and opportunities. It will undoubtedly help move the city forward.
“We wanted the logo to reflect what is unique about Greater Dandenong including multiculturalism, its positioning as the south east capital and its destination of choice and opportunity,” said Mayor Peter Brown. “The logo is positive, forward thinking, and relevant to both business and residents as it engenders excitement and a vision for the future.”
The change is about moving forward with Greater Dandenong, its residents, traders and visitors. The logo reflects important brand values including being dynamic and progressive.
