Integrated approach to community services*

In the past, many Councils opted to purchase different products from a number of different vendors providing Community Services software. Now many Councils are recognising the advantages of implementing a totally integrated solution for all its Community Services needs. This approach eliminates integration issues, reduces the need for training over multiple products and the advantage that you are only dealing with the one vendor for both support and maintenance.

Xpedite Professional Services provides a total solution with its City Manager suite of applications. The modules include Aged and Disability Care Services, Food Services, Maternal and Child Health, Pre School Enrolment, Immunisation, Family Day Care, Resource Facility Booking System, Youth Services and Centre Based Care.

All of these modules can be totally integrated and also integrate/interface with third party products such as Civica Authority, AusSoft, CommuNity, Fujitsu 2000 Plus, GEAC Pathway and Technology One Proclaim.

City Manager is a mature product with proven success in many Councils throughout Australia. It is widely regarded as having superior functionality and greater reporting capabilities, yet it is easy to implement and use.

The suite of products was developed in conjunction with Local Government personnel. Xpedite has worked closely with many Councils around Australia to not only determine functionality requirements but to re-engineer workflow processes to deliver significant productivity gains and reduction of costs.

Today’s City Manager solution reflects the latest in Local Government needs, including mobile computing for your PDAs and Tablet PCs.

While Councils now prefer a complete solution, the modules can still be purchased individually. For further information call Michael Holden on (03) 9596 8433 or visit www.xpeditepro.com.au
