Resourcing assistance to metropolitan and regional Local Government

By Steve Norman*

In the current employment market, using the services of a proven recruiter is essential to maximise your ability to locate and attract the right candidates. Our long association with Engineers Australia provides a unique opportunity for Clexan-Peak Personnel to obtain candidates and establish networks enhancing the quality and numbers of candidates on our database.

Our recruitment company, Clexan-Peak Personnel, has been a leading contracted supplier of temporary personnel to the NSW Government, its agencies and Local Government under Contract 755 since 1998. This contract covers the provision of professional engineering, architectural, scientific, environmental, technical and industrial personnel.

Clients can feel secure in the knowledge that by using Clexan-Peak Personnel, as a contracted NSW Government supplier, their organisation will be obtaining the best available negotiated rates, and our company has passed stringent tendering requirements.

Temporary personnel are available at an agreed hourly or daily rate. Our rates take into consideration superannuation, workers compensation, payroll tax, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, administration costs and leave allowances, simplifying and taking the worry out of temporary hire for our clients.

Additionally, our permanent placement fees are very competitive, being calculated on the entire salary package.

In excess of 30 Local Government organisations throughout NSW, both metropolitan and regional, have successfully recruited using Clexan-Peak Personnel under this contract.

We have been particularly successful in placing both permanent and temporary personnel in remote locations and are happy to supply referees who will attest to our recruitment expertise.
