Crommelins wins ‘supplier of the year’*

At the recent Hire and Rental Industry Association annual convention at the Gold Coast in May, Crommelins Machinery has again been voted the ‘supplier of the year’. This award comes with great esteem as it is voted on by members of the Association, based on key criteria standards that must be met, including:

  • contact from supplier
    relating to how often contact
    is made to customers
  • spare parts supply – reliability,
    delivery, correctness of
    order
  • service support – quality
    backup, prompt dealings
    with warranty claims
  • delivery – products delivered
    on time, in good working
    order ready for use
  • technical advice – advice and
    support readily available
    and easy to obtain
  • reliability – overall trust of the
    supplier and products and
    services provided
  • general comments – does the
    supplier go above and beyond
    what is normally expected.

Crommelins Machinery is a well known Australian engine and equipment supplier with its Head Office in Perth and branches in all mainland States.

Crommelins has been the Australian distributor for Subaru industrial engines, pumps and generators since 1964.

The award is a great start to the Company’s 50th year in business celebrations.
