FieldTurf*

FieldTurf Australia was formed by three stalwarts of the turf industry who have been awarded the exclusive rights to supply the world renowned FieldTurf Tarkett synthetic turf product range in Australia.

Fred Oudendyk has been in the synthetic turf industry for
18 years, installing synthetic turf for soccer, hockey, tennis, cricket and so forth in Melbourne and around the world, including Siberia, Norway, USA, Mauritius, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Botswana, South Africa, Hong Kong and China, including a field in Beijing for the Olympics.

Tony Volders has been involved in civil construction and sports ground construction for over 20 years, being at the forefront in the use of laser levelling, while Robert Davey established Evergreen Turf Pty Ltd in 1982 and is now a major supplier of natural
turf to a wide range of local and elite users of instant natural turf including grass varieties specifically for sports fields.

FieldTurf has justified its tag ‘the greatest turf on earth’®, as it has taken the world by storm. The product has steadily evolved to perform as closely as possible to the characteristics of natural grass and is now used in a wide range of sports, playgrounds and landscaping through to the elite levels of soccer, hockey, baseball and gridiron, to name a few.

With 35 patents protecting their unique technology, FieldTurf Tarkett has become the largest supplier in the world and has installed over 5,000 sports fields worldwide, many of which have stood the test of time for over ten years. This record has enabled FieldTurf to offer an unparalleled eight year, third party prepaid insurance, warranty and an A++ rating from AM Best, the only synthetic turf available in Australia with such a warranty.
