Looking for apprentices or trainees?*

MEGT is a not for profit national Group Training organisation specialising in the employment and placement of apprentices and trainees in various trades and industries.

As a preferred provider for Strategic Purchasing members, we currently service a large number of councils throughout Victoria and other states within Australia.

MEGT provides a hassle free service where we will source, prescreen, then present a short list of suitable applicants for you to interview.

Upon selection MEGT will employ and place the apprentice or trainee in your business with minimal impact.

We manage and are responsible for the employee’s employment obligations, WorkCover component and register the training contract with the State Training Authority.

As the legal employer we monitor, mentor and support the individual through to completion and ensure they are meeting your business needs.

Regular site visits will be conducted by a qualified MEGT staff member and will monitor performance and skill development of the individual.

Our networks around Australia give us access to the best applicants in your community who are currently looking for work.

With a diverse range of business streams and 27 years industry experience we can tailor our services to your business needs.

MEGT Group Training is the ‘hassle free’ solution for your business when you need to employ an apprentice or trainee.

For further information call your local MEGT office on 1300 365 022 and talk to one of our local consultants.

MEGT makes apprenticeships, traineeships and training happen.
