Accredited Mediation Skills Training and Cert IV in Mediation

Conflict emerges for a number of reasons, including structural issues, cultural issues, organisational changes or a clash of personalities.

The road to resolving conflict can appear long and daunting, but it does not have to be this way.

Register for Mediation Training with the Institute of Specialist Dispute Resolution (ISDR) and:
•    learn to effectively respond to front-line complaints and difficult interactions
•    manage teams and workplace dynamics more effectively
•    add new communication skills to your CV, work-life and personal relationships
•    become an accredited mediator and watch your career potential grow.

Mediation courses are not limited to those wishing to become professional mediators. They are also highly applicable for those wishing to improve their communication and conflict management styles and to manage teams more effectively.

Mediation skills help us to operate in our professional and personal lives with greater confidence and with increased problem-solving capacity.
ISDR training is first-class and personalised, enabling you to reach your full potential and to develop your career in the way that you wish.
At ISDR, we understand that participants come to courses with a range of different aspirations, and we are committed to offering flexible and relevant learning options to meet these diverse goals.

Our Mediation Foundations course meets the training threshold requirements for accreditation as a mediator under the National Standards. ISDR offers additional value by providing assessment and application processes to facilitate mediator accreditation following course completion.

With ISDR, participants can further develop their skills by attending our Mediating Workplace Conflict and Advanced Mediation Skills courses. Completion of all three courses will result a Cert IV in Mediation.
