Grow your council with Botanix*

Botanix Plant Supply is a wholesale nursery dedicated to the production of high quality trees & shrubs at competitive prices.

We supply a broad range of native, exotic, deciduous and evergreen stock to councils, commercial and domestic landscapers, landscape contractors, developers and plant brokers.

Supplying to local government, either directly or through the council’s preferred contractor, is one of our specialties.

We have over 20 acres of nursery on two sites, situated southeast of Melbourne.

We supply a wide range of product from 30cm pots to 400 litre air pruned containers.

Our Carrum Downs site is irrigated with 100% recycled water sourced from the Eastern Treatment Plant, meaning our stock is already acclimatised to recycled or grey water.

Our newest production facility in Somerville allows us to grow larger container sizes, and gives us a lot more flexibility with contract growing.

This service is becoming more popular, as securing large numbers of stock for local government or commercial projects becomes more difficult.

Our range of product has been tailored to ensure we have good availability of the more common varieties that local governments use for street and parkland planting.

In addition to this, we are always looking to develop and trial new or under-utilised cultivars.

A prime example of this is the work we are doing with grafted Australian natives, including several varieties of eucalypts, corymbias and brachychitons.
We are proud producers of stock from the Graftmasters range and are now licensed Ozbreed growers.

Recent local government customers have included (either direct supply or through a contractor) City of Melbourne, City of Whitehorse, City of Whittlesea, City of Ballarat, City of Kingston, City of Glen Eira, City of Monash, Shire of Yarra Ranges, City of Boorondara, City of Yarra, City of Greater Dandenong, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (NSW) and City of Gosford (NSW).
