Flexible learning makes good policy*

Flinders University offers flexible programs in public administration, delivered online by our nationally recognised, award-winning academics.1

The range of tasks and services delivered by the public sector is growing in complexity, and demands on public sector managers continue to be transformed. Social media, new technologies, and changing public expectations are creating the need for the development of new skills.

Flinders University’s suite of public administration programs have expended the amount of delivery available fully online to develop the knowledge and skills required by the next generation of public service leaders.

Dr Rodrigo Praino, Director, Graduate Program in Public Administration online explains, “Our online students enjoy access to a range of exclusive online learning resources and activities designed and developed by our award-winning academic team, and are assigned to a dedicated teaching associate for each topic they enrol in.”

Accelerate your career
The sector-leading Masters program has been devised to equip emerging leaders in the public sector and is available online and in a ‘fast-tracked’ mode. Praino notes that, “we encourage and facilitate interaction between our online students utilising our dedicated online platform that is completely asynchronous and therefore, allows students to interact and network with one another without necessarily being online at the same time.”

This masters level course is designed to meet the needs of current and future public sector employees. It can be completed entirely online, entirely on-campus or mixing online and on-campus studying. Online students can complete the course in a shorter time frame.
