Budgeting and reporting in the Cloud*

MAGIQ Software has announced its market leading MAGIQ Performance budgeting, reporting and planning suite is now available as a native Cloud software application.

The MAGIQ Performance suite provides a native Cloud, highly automated corporate performance management framework that tracks, measures and analyses organisational performance.

By eliminating manual MS Excel spreadsheet processes, MAGIQ Performance gives the finance team more time to focus on higher value insights and analysis. It helps them build and publish contextual reports and dashboards, providing stakeholders with relevant, easy to consume business analytics.

Colin Lillywhite, Chief Executive Officer, MAGIQ Software, said, “Our journey began with providing detailed budgeting solutions for local authorities.

“Over time we have evolved MAGIQ Performance to provide councils with a rich and agile budgeting, planning and reporting environment. The software has been designed specifically for finance teams to help them efficiently meet governance and legislative requirements.”

Colin said the move to the Cloud would provide councils with even greater agility and access to some very exciting new product innovations.

“In the Cloud environment councils will be able to engage and participate in a unique marketplace where they will be able to easily share and consume industry dashboards, widgets and reports. The MAGIQ Market will enable a finance team to choose content and deliver insight across an organisation.”

MAGIQ Performance Cloud also enables financial and operational dashboards and reports to be easily deployed with real-time business information available for consumption on any device – phone, tablet or desktop from any location and at any time.

This significantly improves workforce mobility and stakeholder access to business information.

“Working in a Cloud environment opens up a lot of additional opportunity for innovation. We will continue to invest in and deploy new technologies that help our local government customers to deliver improved business efficiency using MAGIQ Performance,” said Colin.
