Law, Governance and Development
This is for development practitioners working in all aspects of law, governance and development in the Asia Pacific as well as those working in a context of international institutions.
Government and Commercial Law
This is a program that offers a wide range of courses in areas as diverse as Occupational Health and Safety Law, Dispute Management, Comparative Constitutional Law, Law of Corporate Governance, Media and Communications Law and Government Contracts.
Environmental Law
Offers new courses in Commonwealth Environmental Law, Australian Disaster Law and Environmental Protection and Human Rights alongside established courses such as International Climate Law and Marine and Coastal Law.
International Law
Offers a wide variety of specialised courses, enabling students to concentrate, if they so wish, on particular aspects of public international law, such as for example human rights issues, use of force and international security, international trade or international protection of the environment.
