Python Jetter clears fast

Aussie Pumps are building the most advanced drain cleaners in the world. They supply them for clearing blocked domestic drains, but also for municipal sewer as well.

Aussie Pumps’ new Python Deluxe Jetter offers more capability for local councils in clearing blocked drains.

The new version, powered by Honda’s high tech iGX800 engine delivers more flow, at pressure than any other comparable machine.

The Python Deluxe offers the capability to clean up to 9” diameter pipes. Capability is based on 31 lpm flow. The pump, a ‘Big Berty’ Bertolini heavy duty gearbox drive unit, can operate a maximum pressure of 4,200 psi (290 bar).

“It’s that combination of pressure and flow that clears bigger blocked drains fast”, Aussie Pumps Chief Engineer, John Hales said.

The machine completes Aussie’s comprehensive range of Deluxe Jetters.

“By Deluxe we mean we have brought to the market the very best machines you can get.”

The Aussie Python in the new version, comes mounted on hot dipped galvanized trailer, set up with optional 200- or 300-liter tanks. It’s also available in sculpted stainless-steel heavy-duty frame on a truck van or utility vehicle.

It has a 30-litre stainless steel break tank with cut off float and low water cut out pump protection. The machines all come with two stainless steel reels, one for keeping the tank filled with a water supply, and the other being the high-pressure hose.

A special version of the Aussie Viper Mini Reel in stainless steel with 60 metres of quarter,” top quality Redflex sewer hose is part of the package. Free clean up gun kit, Safety Plate and Nozzle Box with a range of high-pressure nozzles are all included.

“Best of all, export sales have driven big runs of the new Python Deluxe. Which means increased volume provides the opportunity for cost reduction. We pass that to the customers including Local government. Councils love them and we are also very strong with Indigenous communities where, the necessity for supply of clean water and effective sanitation is paramount! Supporting community health and wellbeing is our priority. That’s how we got into this game in the first place”, said Hales.

Free Safety Training

Hales stresses the machine is a Class B unit that requires operator certification. High pressure water blasting and Jetting can be dangerous if operators aren’t properly trained.

Aussie provides a free online training course for users of Class A machines. Aussie’s full information pack on Class A and Class B certification and about Aussie’s free Safety Training Program are readily available from aussiepumps.com.au.
