Australian launch of Council HRIS*

Northgate HR is pleased to announce the recent launch of its flagship payroll and HR product, ResourceLink.

“Resourcelink is used by 60 Councils in the UK and we are thrilled to deliver this product to the Australian market,” said Northgate HR Sales Manager, Tracy Angwin. “The feedback from our current Council clients is that ResourceLink has helped them reduce costs and increase flexibility, which has created extra administrative capacity to assist HR in providing enhanced services to their employees.

“The reaction locally encourages our view that we have a unique product and service offering for Councils.”

General Manager, Nick Payne, believes software is only part of the Northgate solution.

“We believe in working in partnership with our clients,” he said. “By working together we aim to develop an integrated solution and flexible service that meets your HR needs now, while providing the flexibility and facilities that prepares your organisation to meet future challenges with confidence.

“The result is an HR approach that can be closely synchronised with your organisation’s strategic vision.”

Significant development has been completed in the area of e-HR using the ResourceLink web portal.

“The result of using the intranet and Internet as the vehicle for distributing information, reporting and managing processes, is an HR approach that is in line with an organisation’s broad business vision,” Tracy Angwin said.

“In a candidate short market, this type of solution contributes to being an employer of choice.”
