Cormack Anest Iwata has recently launched the latest generation of high transfer efficient, lightweight spray guns with extended nozzles. Based on the popular W101
Series spray guns, these spray guns are designed to eliminate the need for the operator to stretch across large surface areas, across machinery or moving parts and access areas that traditional spray guns just physically cannot reach.
The benefits in terms of increasing operator safety and reducing fatigue are easily recognised.
Ideal applications for these spray guns include the coating of internal pipe sections – in fact anywhere access is limited.
These spray guns are available in 18 various combinations. With nozzle sizes of either 1.0 or 1.8 mm, lengths of 150, 300 or 500 mm and head angles of either straight (as in a traditional spray gun), 45 and 90 degrees there will be a model to suit almost any application.
