Spring Festival
The Whitehorse Spring Festival offers a free day of family fun and entertainment. More than 100 local community groups come together to showcase their activities, including historic displays, parkland conservation groups, community clubs and a diverse variety of arts and craft stalls. The Spring Festival is one of the biggest annual community celebrations on the Whitehorse calendar. It is an opportunity to showcase the community’s diverse culture and creativity, and to show Council’s support for local clubs, social and cultural groups.
Professional Theatre and Music Season
February also sees the start of the Whitehorse Professional Theatre and Music Season.
Christmas Carols
Held each December on the Whitehorse Civic Centre lawns, the evening includes a concert with children’s entertainment, community choirs, a special presentation from churches and professional choir and soloists.
Australia Day Concert
The Whitehorse Australia Day Twilight Concert and Fireworks is a celebration with family, friends and other members of the community.
Summer Music Series
Free musical entertainment through the Summer Music Series occurs every February. These concerts feature local and some of Melbourne’s top musicians.
