This city is flying

With up to 20 regular flights to and from Mildura each week, the region’s excellent air links appeal to tourists and visitors alike.

Now one of the four major airlines that services the area has named an aircraft in Mildura’s honour.

The 74 seater Bombardier Q400 was christened Mildura on 2 March 2010.

The Q400 aircraft operates on all but two Mildura
to Melbourne services a week, providing 2,700 seats
for passengers to travel from one city to the other in just
an hour.
