Gold Stars for Sustainability. Planet Footprint recognises high achievers.*

Planet Footprint, the Energy & Environment Scorekeeper has allocated Gold, Silver or Bronze status to all Australian councils who were subscribed to Planet Footprint for the 2012–2013 Financial Year. Councils have been awarded Gold status for their continuous monitoring and management of energy and water costs, consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. They have also successfully communicated sustainability issues, actions and achievements throughout the Council and the wider community. Planet Footprint is pleased to announce the following Councils have received Gold status;
