‘Guardian’ makes situational awareness live*

During a disaster information is key, and your situational awareness software should be live, constantly reporting and adhering to the principles of the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS).

Guardian Control Center provides updates from Incident Action Plans or Situation Mission Execution Administration Command Signals (SMEACS), outlining disaster management by objectives and functional roles.

Guardian Control Center summarises actions from planning, operations, logistics and public information, identifying the span of control and the ability of the co-ordination centre to upscale and meet larger challenges.

Guardian Control Center remains the most popular software solution for Local Disaster Coordination Centres with 50 Local Government Areas (LGAs) using it.

A full site licence ensures a secure local server installation, web based interface for users, mobile apps for actioning requests, updating evacuation centre numbers and entering road closures, plus remote access for the entry of jobs and monitoring requests from other regions.

Guardian Control Center is the latest Software as a Service (SaaS) solution developed with Model-View-Controller (MVC) 4 technology, and displays a view of the whole state allowing management of and interaction with all LGAs from one secure interface.

Guardian Control Center displays live data updates from every council in one easy to use interactive map, using web based mapping services to combine spatial layers from a range of data sets including requests for assistance, rapid damage assessment, storm tides and fires.

Situation Reports and State Updates still provide valuable records, and Guardian provides a single point of data with instant access to the signed and scanned document for each level of Government.
